Howdy! I stumbled across your journal through hp_icons and I LOVE how you're from Cornell! I'm from Cornell too! AND I also graduated in 2005!
Though, I don't think we know each other because I was an Engineering student. But apparently you know about Duffield, which was where I used to hang out all the time too - at least, when I needed to get anything done.
I have to say, your icons are very nice. You never oversharpen them, but the coloring and shadows are so realistic that I can't believe I'm not seeing a movie screencap of sorts. Great work!
