I have to check my email since I'll be taking a summer class but I'm not sure what my involvement with lj will be. I might do the same as you.

I'll probably have the same issues as you, as I'll be looking for jobs and possibly receiving emails from prospecting employees. If I do have to check them, I just won't look at anything from LJ or bother coming on here. I'll also be turning my phone of silent as well, as I'm sure my mates will be trying to squee down the phone at me.

I forgot I need to be looking for a place to live too... so I'll have to check mail. I'm worried that in my gmail around the ads bit they'll spoil it for me!

Try setting up a new email account at say, hotmail and using that instead for the month when the book comes out. They don't have the same sort of adverts that gmail has.

That'll happen to me, seeing as two good friends are extremely Harry Potter obsessed, and both want to be able to prove me wrong about Snape *grrr*

Same with mine, little goody-two-shoes. One of them doesn't understand the concept that not all people are black or white; some are grey like Snape.

I've got graduation, the new movie and the new book all in one month - phew!
